Moraga-Orinda Fire District invites applications for the position of
SINGLE ROLE EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN
3-Year Limited Term
Salary: $61,800.00 – $68,112.00 Annually
$29.71 – $32.75 Hourly

Additional Compensation: 8% holiday pay in lieu of holidays off.
Based on approximately 16 overtime hours worked per week, additional pay ranges from
$713 to $786 weekly, in accordance with FLSA guidelines for hours worked beyond the
standard 40-hour work week
Overtime hourly rate: $44.57 – $49.13

reapply after 12 months from the date of their last application**

This is a full-time, non-safety, non-exempt, fully benefitted position Work
Schedule: 48×96 or 10-hour shift schedule or alternative work schedule

**5% General Wage Increase is Scheduled for July 1, 2026**
