Madison Fire Department provides EMS, fire, and rescue to all of Madison County (population over 53,000), which includes the cities of Rexburg and Sugar City; and Brigham Young University—Idaho in Rexburg. We are a Critical Care ambulance service, providing assistance to surrounding counties in Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. We have a robust wildland fire program, where we send fire and EMS apparatus and personnel all over the western US during the wildland fire season.
