| Position Overview | The Senior Manager, Production & Project Management leads the day-to-day operations of the creative production team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual assets that are on brand, on time, and on budget. This role oversees project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, workflow management, and production execution across graphic design, photography, and videography. Success in this role is measured by the team’s ability to consistently deliver high-quality creative work that meets brand standards, satisfies stakeholder expectations, and is completed on schedule and within budget. The Senior Manager demonstrates exceptional leadership by optimizing resources, improving operational processes, balancing competing priorities, and creating an environment where creative professionals can produce their best work while supporting the strategic objectives of the organization. |
