Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and curious student to join the Enterprise Development team as a Junior Product Manager. You’ll work with stakeholders across campus to understand what they need, help prioritize that work against everything else on the roadmap, and collaborate with our development team to design, build, and ship solutions. You’ll follow that work through the full product lifecycle, from a department’s first request to a change going live, with opportunities to work on university projects like MyUI, Banner, and beyond.

Duties Include:
  • Meet with campus departments and stakeholders to understand what they need and help turn those needs into clear requests.
  • Help prioritize work and contribute to decisions about what gets built first and why.
  • Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans that guide the development team.
  • Test new features and changes before they go live and help confirm they work as intended.
  • Help maintain the MyUI card system, including content, tags, and design, so people can find what they need.
  • Support communication with the help desk and campus users about changes.
  • Provide light support for Banner-related questions and requests.
  • Learn and apply outcome-based product thinking, focusing on the change we want to create for users, not just the features we ship.
  • Other duties as assigned.
