| Position Overview | Assist with administrative tasks including preparing correspondence, maintaining records, maintaining calendars, monitoring office inventory, ordering supplies when necessary and completing various assignments as needed. This position may be the first point of contact for the department, and is tasked with ensuring that information flows accurately, efficiently and effectively while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.
