Auxiliary Services delivers essential support that enhances campus life and advances the university’s mission. Our teams manage housing, dining, retail, events, and facility maintenance, custodial and operations ensuring the campus runs efficiently every day. Though often behind the scenes, our work shapes the student experience and supports recruitment, retention, and institutional success. The Auxiliary Finance team is integral to ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for these activities. The Program Manager reports to Accounting Manager in Auxiliary Services.
Position Overview
This position supports the planning and completion of educational, outreach or professional programs; working with program staff, students, the public and/or agencies, to plan and oversee program activities. May lead a distinct area for the program such as outreach, assessment or financial management.

Duties may include:
  • Participate in the development and implementation of program deliverables, services, and activities
  • Coordinate a team with a variety array of talents and responsibilities
  • Collect, compile, and summarize program data for reports
  • Participate in developing program operating goals, objectives and protocols
  • Maintain program budgets, monitoring and reviewing transactions for compliance with program requirements
  • Active participation in the development and submission of program proposals
  • Lead collection and compilation of program assessment data
  • May supervise the work of others or lead a team to accomplish assigned goals
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications
Required Experience
  • Two years of program coordination or program management experience
  • Working in a team environment to accomplish shared goals
  • Collecting, compiling, summarizing, and analyzing data for administrative reports
Required Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree; four additional years of experience in program coordination (for a total of six years) may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Master’s of Business Administration
  • Project or program management
  • Processing financial transactions and compiling routine management reports
