| Position Overview | Located within the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL), this position provides hands-on operational management, technical production support, and advanced troubleshooting for the University’s Learning Management System (LMS) and instructional technologies. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the LMS environment, supporting faculty course lifecycles, resolving technical issues, and assisting with course setup and delivery. This position works closely with faculty, instructional designers, and campus partners to ensure reliable and effective use of instructional technologies. The position also contributes to instructional technology implementation and provides practical consultation to faculty during course development and delivery. This position may be eligible for remote work arrangements, subject to institutional approval and operational needs. |
