| Position Overview | The VandalStore Off-Site Operations, Events, and Inventory Specialist oversees the operations of the Customer Creation Center and manages the flow of merchandise to off-site locations and pop-up events. This role ensures efficient preparation, handling, and distribution of products while maintaining inventory accuracy and quality control across multiple locations, including Joe on the Go!, the Coeur d’Alene Center, MOSS, and future expansion sites and merchandise lines. The specialist also serves as a key point of contact for students, faculty, administration, alumni, and the public, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the store’s financial and operational goals.
