| Posting Context Statement | Reporting to the Director for Vandals First Program, the Program Manager for Student Support Services-TRIO (SSS) is responsible for the leadership and oversight at the University of Idaho. They will ensure the program supports the academic goals and mission of the University and is in compliance with federal legislation and regulations. They are responsible for hiring, training, supervising and evaluating professional staff; budget planning and management; grant preparation/administration; annual reports; coordinating/overseeing program activities; collaborating with campus departments; guiding the development and execution of program vision and goals; coordinating program assessment, evaluation, and reporting activities. |
| Position Overview | This position serves as the administrative lead for educational, outreach, and professional programs, or directing complex business operations in support of the program. The program manager formally plans, assigns, directs and coordinates the work of the program. The position will represent the program to administrators, faculty, staff and students within the university and external contacts. Duties may include:
