Posting Context Statement | The College of Agricultural and Life Sciences Parma Research and Extension Center is seeking applicants for a Farm Operations Supervisor role. This role provides leadership, supervision, and direction for farm staff. Allocating land, equipment and facilities requested by researchers and other land users. Supervising and participating in land preparation. Supervises all field operations. Manages the production and research needs of crops. Upgrades farm equipment as needed for research purposes. Manages shop work and repairs. Oversees motor pool upkeep, repair and replacement. Supervises field activities for crops grown at the Parma farm. |
