Position Purpose:
This position is established to prepare an employee to progress within the department to the position of Meter Technician 2nd Class. Provides prompt, courteous and professional service to our customers by installing, testing and maintaining metering systems consistent with Company policies and management objectives. Prior to advancement, the employee shall be required to successfully complete a training program to demonstrate proper working techniques and practices in accordance with U.W.U.A./B.U.W. Agreement, Local #B340. |

THIS NOTICE IS POSTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE XI OF OUR AGREEMENT WITH LOCAL UNION #B340, BROTHERHOOD OF UTILITY WORKERS OF NEW ENGLAND, DATED June 1, 2022.
HOURS: Hours shall be Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
WAGE: Ultimate rate - $41.27 per hour, for a 40 hour week. Overtime rates in accordance with UWUA Agreement, Local #B340.
