Summary
You will serve as a Supervisory Grants Management Specialist in the Agreement Services Center, providing leadership and guidance to the staff and technical expertise to the Agreements Services Branch Chief and APHIS Programs.Major Duties
The duties may include, but are not limited to:Serve as liaison between the Government and awardee organization to clarify, interpret, and resolve issues.Provides and/or oversees training, technical assistance, oversight, ethics advice, expertise, and consultation to program officials, awardees, customers, review panels, applicants, recipients, and sub-recipients as needed.Design, develop, implement, and interpret grant/assistance management policies, procedures, and practices.Monitor and assess awardee performance and compliance with all terms and conditions of award and against established performance measures.Initiate, plan, and conduct surveys and studies to recommend changes to policies, procedures, and regulations.Conduct risk assessments and business reviews, and review and evaluate adequacy of grant/assistance policies and procedures.Education
