Overview

Technosylva’s products help our customers protect people and assets by making high quality and timely decisions. They use our software to apply world class fire, weather, and climate modeling and simulations to pressing operational and planning decisions.

As a Product Manager at Technosylva you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution for one or more of Technosylva's SaaS products. You will lead the discovery and delivery of products that solve real customer problems while scaling the business. This role requires deep customer empathy, strong analytical skills, and collaboration across engineering, design, and business teams.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this job are:.

  • Lead product discovery through customer interviews, data analysis, and market research to identify valuable, usable, and feasible solutions for our utility customers
  • Create and maintain product artifacts while driving the process from conception through go-to-market, including beta testing and rollout strategies
  • Partner with engineering teams to define technical solutions and success metrics that align with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap and vision based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business strategy
  • Build strong relationships with utility and other customers to deeply understand their workflows and pain points
  • Collaborate across sales and customer success teams to gather feedback and market requirements
  • Continuously refine products based on customer feedback and emerging market needs
  • Define product pricing and packaging strategies

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS products
  • Demonstrated experience in discovery techniques including customer interviews, prototype testing, and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
  • Experience working with utility companies or similar enterprise customers
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience scaling B2B SaaS products from early stage to mature offerings
  • Prior experience in ClimateTech, energy, or utility software products
  • Understanding of grid operations, utility industry regulations, and/or wildfire behavior
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Experience with enterprise pricing strategies
  • Background in data analytics or visualization products
