ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The listed functions are illustrative only and are not intended to describe every function that may be performed in the job level.- Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with state regulations and oversee the permitting processes for drilling and production operations.
- Technical Analysis: Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations on drilling, production, and well integrity issues.
- Data Management: Analyze and manage data related to well performance, reservoir management, and production optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operators, field inspectors, and other stakeholders to address and resolve technical and regulatory issues.
- Policy Development: Participate in the development and implementation of policies aimed at improving industry standards and practices.
Qualifications

PREFERENCES:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 0-5 years of progressive experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory and technical aspects.
Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, technical reporting, and project management.
Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities..
KNOWLEDGE:- Knowledge of several technical fields pertinent to the agency.
- Knowledge of the principles of scientific measurement and experiment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education:Bachelor's Degree (typically in The Sciences)Experience:1-3 years of progressive work (typically in The Sciences) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Natural Resources PrincipalOREducation & Experience Substitution:4-7 years of progressive work experience (typically in The Sciences) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Natural Resources PrincipalCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:None Necessary Special Requirements
