WHAT YOU WILL DO:
This primary purpose of this position is to support Paid Leave Oregon through research, policy and process development, system support, quality assurance, and project management. This position is responsible for identifying and analyzing policy, process, and system needs, developing administrative rules and policy and process materials, supporting system development and program administration, and working with internal and external partners for program implementation.

Required Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work; OR;
Any combination of experience and education equivalent to five years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification

IN-STATE HYBRID WORK INFORMATION:
This position is hybrid, with 1-2 days per quarter in the office and the remaining days remote. The position can be fully in the office if preferred or conditions for remote work are not met. The number of days in the office will increase during certain periods of implementation when more in person work is required. Hybrid work suitability is evaluated based upon business needs at the time of hire. Hybrid work approval can be revoked at any time.
Candidates are expected to:
- Reside within (or be willing to relocate to) Oregon, or one of its bordering states within a reasonable commuting distance (e.g. Vancouver, Washington) within 30 days from date of hire.
- Be able to report to the office location listed in the job posting, as necessary.
