Job Duties and Other Information

Following Policies and Procedures: The ability to comply with policies and procedures of the organization as well as State Civil Service rules, and all applicable federal and state laws.
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:- All telephone messages are taken accurately and completely and quickly related to staff.
- Establishes and maintains a current filing system, which includes correspondence, purchase orders, personnel files are kept current, and outdated material is eliminated.
- Compiles information from various sources including updating faculty members’ curriculum vitae annually, formats report according to department standards.
- Prepares requisitions for the purchase of supplies and enters information into an automated system.
- Grades scantrons for the faculty and assists with paperwork for other faculty who teach the dental hygiene students but are not part of the dental hygiene program.
- Sets up and records grades in Excel/Moodle for director’s course for the first-year dental students
