Job Description and Duties

          This position may be filled at one of the following State Fund locations: Fresno, Glendale, Pasadena, Pleasanton, Redding, Rohnert Park or Vacaville.

          The Claims Processing Center has immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives at the Workers' Compensation Insurance Technician level. We are looking for high energy employees who excel at answering and resolving client inquiries through professional phone and non-phone interactions in a fast paced environment. Note: Currently these positions are work from home positions, which require fast and reliable internet in order to access State Fund’s network and applications. The positions may be transitioned to the office if the internet speed cannot support working from home.

          These positions may be filled in one of Claims Customer Service Center teams:
          - CCSC Claims
          - Medical Provider Unit
          - Medical Access Assistance

                      Special Requirements
