Job Description and Duties

Working Conditions
- Performance of these duties requires the use of computers, infrastructure hardware, networks, databases, electronic mail (both internal and external), voicemail, and the Internet.
- May occasionally work evening or weekend hours in response to system outages/recovery, maintenance, or upgrade activities.
- Occasional statewide travel on short notice may be required to support regional office locations. Travel may require overnight stays, driving, and flying.
- Performance of the duties indicated for this position occasionally require the ability to lift and transport equipment up to 25lbs.
Beginning July 1st, 2026, it is anticipated this position will be office-centered and employees will be expected to report to the office at least four days per week.

Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge of web accessibility (Section 508 and WCAG 2.2)
- Experience with web development and accessibility standards
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to communicate respectfully and with sensitivity
- Experience with WordPress or other Content Management Systems is a plus
- Knowledge of assistive technologies is a plus
