Job Description and Duties

Under the direct supervision of the Correctional Case Records Supervisor, the Supervising Case Records Technician (SCRT) is the working level supervisor. The Supervising Case Records Technician (SCRT) supervises Case Records Technicians and on occasion, other clerical staff. The SCRT is responsible for the daily clerical functions of the records office, attendance of subordinates, performance evaluations, and problem resolution. The SCRT plans for and implements necessary cross coverage during vacancies and absences; schedules and ensures staff attends annual In-Service Training and personally attends mandatory annual classes.

Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position(s).
