***This is a Peace Officer Position. To be eligible, you must meet the minimum qualifications established by the Department of Human Resources AND either be currently eligible or eligible for reinstatement as a PC 830.2, California State Peace Officer.

If you are not a current peace officer and in possession of a POST – Academy, Basic, Intermediate or Advanced Certificate, you are not eligible for this position.

STATE PARK SUPERINTENDENT III - ORANGE COAST DISTRICT/ NORTH SECTOR/ CRYSTAL COVE STATE PARK

The reporting location for this position is Crystal Cove State Park. This position will work under the direction of the District Superintendent.
The position is responsible for providing support, guidance, and program oversight to State Park Peace Officer staff, supervisors, and superintendents relative to the District’s Law Enforcement and Emergency Services programs.
License requirements: Peace Officer Standards and Training Basic or above Certification is required. Please provide proof of eligibility with application.
