Personal Leave Program: Effective July 1, 2025, state employees are subject to temporary wage reductions in exchange for Personal Leave Program (PLP) accruals. Desirable Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting criminal history records or similarly complex legal/technical documents, including identifying discrepancies and determining appropriate actions.
- Proven ability to independently resolve complex issues by applying policy, research, and critical thinking, with minimal supervisory input.
- Consistently exercises sound judgment when making decisions that impact sensitive or high-risk outcomes.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload independently, prioritize competing tasks, and meet established deadlines.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to clearly document findings, justify decisions, and correspond professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly and respond effectively to questions or challenges.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality, including adherence to data security protocols and responsible handling of sensitive information.
