Due to business needs, no telework option is offered for this position. This position will be expected to be 100% on-site to perform normal duties. The work is performed in an indoor office setting.

Special Requirements
Examination Information: Candidates new to state service or those seeking a promotional opportunity must take the online examination to establish eligibility. The examination can be found at the following link: Exam Bulletin - Personnel Technician I, Exam Bulletin - Office Technician (Typing)
There is also a Limited Examination & Appointment Program (LEAP) exam available for this classification. Information on the LEAP certification process is available on the Department of Rehabilitation LEAP Certification website.
Note for those applying as an Office Technician (Typing): This position requires the ability to type at a minimum speed of 40 WPM. You must obtain a valid typing certificate confirming your ability to meet the minimum typing speed, prior to being hired. Typing certification must be 5 minutes in length and proctored either virtually or in person.
