Working Conditions
This position is subject to working on nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. This position requires state-wide and local travel, including overnight stays. Possession of a valid driver’s license of the appropriate class issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles is required prior to appointment. Communicate effectively, work independently or as a team member on projects/assignments, work with various levels of staff and management, handle a dynamic workload without constraints, maintain a professional work appearance and environment.
Incumbent assigned must be able to type 40 wpm, great work attendance and professional appearance required. Maintain ability to work with various levels of staff and management, multi task and prioritize, pay attention to details and complete accurate work. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher, Skype, Access, Outlook Calendar, Power BI, etc.) and G Suite applications (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) is desirable.

Statement of Qualifications (SOQ):
The SOQ must be typed, single-spaced, in Arial 12-point font, and no more than 1 page in length. Must have the applicant’s first and last name along with the Job Code in the top right-hand corner. Repeat the question before answering. Applicants who do not complete this SOQ and do not follow these requirements will not be considered.
