MANAGEMENT SERVICES TECHNICIAN – CENTRAL VALLEY DISTRICT / RIVERS SECTOR / DOS RIOS STATE PARK
The reporting location for this position is Dios Rios Office in Modesto, CA. This position will work under the supervision of Senior Park and Recreation Specialist.
The Management Services Technician provides administrative support to a new park and sector, the Rivers Sector. This position is responsible for general administrative support and office duties including the use and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, purchasing, accounting, and personnel document preparation, review, and routing; filing and records management; statistical and other record keeping; mail and document handling; composition of correspondence; oral communications; cashiering; and ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment. Knowledge of Fi$Cal and other financial database systems is required. Bilingual (Spanish) applicants preferred.
Training and Development Assignments may be considered.
Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license is required. You must answer the questions addressing your driver’s license on your application. Ensure you provide your driver’s license number, class, expiration date, and any endorsements and/or restrictions on your application.
The selected candidate is required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan fingerprinting prior to appointment.
This position is designated as not telework eligible.
