Job Description and Duties
DIGITAL PRINT OPERATOR II – ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES / BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SERVICES / DISTRIBUTION AND REPRODUCTION CENTER
The reporting location for this position is 4940 Lang Avenue in McClellan, CA. This position will work under the direction of Business Services Officer III.
The Digital Print Operator II (DPO II) performs a full range of both average and complex document reproduction and digital printing work, accurately and effectively making use of all technological features of latest-generation, computer-networked digital printing and copying equipment. Receives original/master material in either hard copy or electronic format; prepares original material for printing/copying via physical organization of materials, scanning materials, setting up/programming digital printing equipment and document-preparation software associated with the equipment. Completes printing and copying jobs according to specifications. Takes measurements using fractions and applies basic mathematical functions. Carries out all document finishing tasks including in-line collating, assembling, cutting, binding, stitching, hole-punching.
Training and Development Assignments may be considered.
Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license is required. You must answer the questions addressing your driver’s license on your application. Ensure you provide your driver’s license number, class, expiration date, and any endorsements and/or restrictions on your application.
This position is designated as not telework eligible.
