Key Responsibilities
- Works safely and effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrates proper housekeeping and keeps a clean work space
- Continuously improves processes and procedures in work area
- Must be able to climb ladders to elevated work areas and to work in enclosed areas
- Actively trains new team members, and attends meetings and trainings as needed
- Operates a variety of different hand tools. Some examples include but not limited to: shovel, broom, air hose, various types of brushes, and etc.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Models company core values: Sawdust in the veins, Driven to Win, Safe to the Core, Handshake Integrity.
- Operation of heavy equipment such as a front end loader, bobcat, etc.
