Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage the machine center to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. (Machines include: Sander, Saws, Press, and/or Refiner)
• Conduct regular quality checks on output to ensure products meet or exceed specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the Maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Collects and analyzes data related to machine performance, maintains a log following company procedures.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance quality and efficiency within the area of responsibility.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, contributing to a safe and positive work environment.
