The Business Operations Analyst will report directly to the Manager of Business Operations. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, forward thinker who is proactive and passionate about Operational process improvement and is looking to learn and grow in this entry level position.

Responsibilities

• Execute on implemented Sales Operations processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and process improvements
• Monitor CRM data for multiple Business Development partners
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of forecasting and orders review process
• Assist in resolving sales operations issues and inquiries.
• Play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of CRM data
• Assist in responding to all RFQs and send quotes directly to customers as needed
• Assist in creation of Sales Orders in SAP
• Assist in the processing of reseller agreements, NDAs, and compliance forms
• Data entry into various system platforms
• Manage SharePoint folder filing system
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, executing on tactical tasks daily
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proven expertise in Excel with ability to analyze and manipulate data
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Some travel may be required (up to 10%)

• Experience in implementation of CRM platform and procedures
• Experience with SharePoint
• Experience in a rapidly growing environment

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer in an office or remote setting
• Frequent use of hands for typing, data entry, and computer-related tasks
• Must be able to visually review and analyze detailed data on a computer screen for extended periods
• Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching to access files or office supplies
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 15 pounds, such as laptops, binders, or documents
• Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%) for meetings, training, or operational support
• Must be able to maintain focus and productivity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
