| Position Summary | This recruitment will be used to fill two (2) part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Event Setup Crew for the Alumni Association at Oregon State University (OSU). The OSU Alumni Association has openings for a student positions on the alumni center team. This is a year-round position. This is a part-time student position working up to 20 hours per week at the CH2M Hill Alumni Center. Student employees are an integral part of the day-to-day success of events and operations at the alumni center. Student employees execute event setups and perform basic maintenance, cleaning, A/V setup, technical support, and customer service. Flexibility, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work independently are required. |

| Working Conditions / Work Schedule | Student may work up to 20 hours per week during academic terms and up to 40 hours per week during breaks. The hours for this position range from early mornings to late nights, and include most major campus events such as football games, family weekend, commencement, etc. Weekend and evening availability is required. |
