| Job Summary | This is an Internal Employment Opportunity. The Office of the Provost is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, Huang Complex . This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position. The Jen-Hsun Huang and Lori Mills Huang Collaborative Innovation Complex (Huang Complex) will be a dynamic home for team-based transdisciplinary research and teaching. It will be a place where creative, driven faculty and students come together to solve critical challenges facing the world in areas such as climate science, clean energy and water resources. It will be home to one of the nation’s most powerful supercomputers and will advance the application of AI to OSU’s areas of strength. The 143,000 square-foot Huang Complex will support innovation, entrepreneurship and partnerships with industry, while preparing graduates for Oregon’s workforce and beyond. The $200 million complex, made possible with generous gifts to the OSU Foundation from alumni couple Jen-Hsun Huang and Lori Mills Huang and the Wayne and Gladys Valley Foundation, is planned to open in 2026. The Executive Assistant provides executive-level administrative support, project management, and event management to the Executive Director of the Huang Complex. The EA serves as the Executive Director’s liaison with administrators, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders. The EA manages the Executive Director’s calendar and travel, develops correspondence and reports, and manages projects. The EA is reviewed annually, with regular check-ins with the Executive Director throughout the year. |
