| Position Summary | This recruitment will be used to fill *one (1) part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Student Assistant for the Office of Development at Oregon State University (OSU). The Student Data Operations Assistant supports the Oregon State University Foundation’s Data Operations team by assisting with routine data entry, validation, and quality control tasks in the Foundation’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This role helps ensure constituent data is accurate, complete, and usable for fundraising, engagement, and reporting purposes. The position is designed to provide students with hands‑on experience in data management, data quality practices, and nonprofit operations while working under close supervision and established procedures. |
