Job Summary | This is an Internal Employment Opportunity. Disability Access Services is seeking a salaried Academic Wage: Operations Manager. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, fixed-term position. DAS is dedicated to ensuring equitable access to higher education and equal opportunity for disabled students. In alignment with Oregon State University’s mission, DAS supports a historically underrepresented population by facilitating access and coordinating reasonable and legally mandated accommodations based on documented disabilities. As part of the Office of the Dean of Students, DAS embraces and promotes the principles of universal design to foster an inclusive campus environment where all can participate. The purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of Disability Access Services. The Operations Manager supervises the office’s support staff and serves as the office’s key contact with human resources, finance department, procurement, printing and mailing, and payroll departments among others. The Operations Manager supports the operations by providing planning, management of support services, arrangement of activities, budget oversight, and assists with program policies, operating and administrative procedures. The Operations Manager provides direct administrative support to the Director of Disability Access Services. |
