Job Summary | This is an Internal Employment Opportunity. The Associate Vice President for Strategy and Operations is seeking a Project Manager DFA Strategy and Operations. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 12-month, professional faculty position. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Strategy and Operations, the Project Manager for DFA Strategic Initiatives is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects that support the Division of Finance and Administration’s strategic transformation and alignment with Oregon State University’s strategic plan. This role is essential in executing strategic priorities—including organizational change, innovation adoption, and enterprise-wide initiatives—by applying project management best practices, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and tracking progress toward measurable outcomes. The Project Manager will partner closely with university leadership and DFA units to ensure timely and effective implementation of strategic initiatives that advance operational excellence and institutional goals. |
