Position Summary | The Department of Forest Engineering, Resources and Management (FERM), within the College of Forestry, is seeking a part-time (up to 24 hours per week) hourly Student Clerical Worker. This position offers valuable, hands-on experience in an academic office setting while providing essential administrative support to faculty, students, and visitors. Key responsibilities include reception duties, electronic filing, general office maintenance, monitoring the departmental email inbox, scheduling meeting rooms, ordering office supplies, and assisting with the preparation of reports and documents. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and time-management skills.
