Basic Purpose
Leads, manages the development, design and delivery of Integrated Energy Services (“IES”) programs, which includes demand side management (“DSM”) Transportation Electrification (“TEP”) and Clean Energy (“CE”) programs. Provides subject matter expertise on various project elements. Serves as liaison between the Company and the external parties as appropriate regarding legislative, regulatory and/or community issues. Identifies, develops and implements programs to provide products and services and energy education for customers to help reduce consumption and demand.

Essential Education, Skills, and Environment
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in engineering or related field and 8 years of related experience with 2 years in a management capacity.
Candidates that do not possess a bachelor’s degree must have a minimum of 12 years of related work experience with 2 years in a management capacity.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
Demonstrated knowledge of:
- Project management and internal control concepts and practices.
- Technical and business results of the various demand side management programs and how to implement and craft customer outreach and education for such programs.
Demonstrated skill such as:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse employee, vendor, and customer groups.

PCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software
Work Environment and Physical Demands
General office environment. Ability to travel overnight. No special physical demands required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures successful development and delivery of corporate energy efficiency, conservation and load management programs transportation electrification and clean energy programs designed to help meet resource requirements and provide services for customers that improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage associated risk and provides technical oversight for of contracts relating to demand side management and integrated clean energy programs.
- Manages complex customer issues regarding clean energy program interconnections and energy efficiency, conservation and load management programs.
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with other divisions, departments, trade allies, and community organizations. Collaborates with internal departments and other stakeholders to identify and develop new energy efficiency, conservation and load management and clean energy program opportunities and to develop integrated customer programs and offerings.
- Leads staff in identifying, developing, and implementing energy efficiency, conservation and load management programs and responds to needs of external and internal customers, regulators and other stakeholders. Provides input and direction in the financial review and analysis of program proposals.
- Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company.
- Prepares DSM portions of filings and provides testimony before regulatory bodies and monitors and enforces all compliance requirements for area of responsibility.
