Do you like having your hands in a lot of different corporate initiatives? The Executive Assistant / Office Manager position will be a multi-faceted role that requires an ability to work with a high level of autonomy. You will provide critical support to several members of our Executive team including our CEO and manage the daily operations of our Draper office.
This is a fantastic opportunity with high visibility and a variety of responsibilities to enable the office to operate in a more efficient and organized fashion.
What You Will do

Administrative Management:
Schedule Board Meeting Logistics, Executive meetings, Corporate Town Hall Meetings and Department Level All Hands Meetings.
Coordinate with our Private Equity owners for any administrative needs that they have.
Book travel for executives as requested utilizing our Amex Global Business Travel Platform.
Collect mail and distribute accordingly to Finance, HR, Sales/RFP.
Assist executives with the organization and coordination of Annual Initiatives process.
Office Management:
Manage the day to day of our Draper office. This includes: Ensuring supplies are available, Visitors are situated, Food/Drinks remain fully stocked in the office.
Act as liaison between NEOGOV and building management while handling all communication.
Work with outside vendors (e.g. Canteen Coffee Services, Shredding Services) to maintain smooth operations.
Manage our corporate Amazon account and be responsible for reconciling purchases, adding new users, and ordering when necessary.
Who You Are

Driven, detail-oriented and a quick learner.
Excellent at executing tasks with minimal supervision/oversight.
An individual who enjoys working on multiple projects, while also having a steady amount of consistent daily tasks.
What You Have
- 5-10 years in an executive assistant/ office manager capacity.
- Mandatory proficiency with Google Suite of Products: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Clear & Concise!
- Prior experience supporting a VP or Executive
- Managed daily operations of an office in previous positions.
