We’re seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead innovation within NEOGOV’s Enterprise HCM platform, driving our next evolution of capabilities for large, complex organizations. This role will serve as the domain expert across our HCM suite — leading strategy, defining product experiences, and enabling cross-product workflows that scale to enterprise needs.

You’ll leverage your deep expertise in Core HR, security models, organizational structures, and HCM data frameworks to shape the roadmap, mentor product teams, and deliver solutions that serve enterprise and public-sector customers alike.
As a senior member of the product team, you’ll partner with cross-functional leaders and \Product Managers—helping them adopt scalable enterprise concepts while contributing to NEOGOV’s next generation of innovation for the enterprise market. What You Will do

Strategic Product Leadership
- Define and own the strategy and roadmap for Enterprise HCM capabilities, including organization modeling, multiple assignments, and cross-suite data integrations.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to evolve NEOGOV’s HCM platform architecture to meet enterprise-grade needs around scalability, flexibility, and configurability.
- Serve as NEOGOV’s subject matter expert in enterprise HCM architecture, including: ? Core HR data structures (person, position, assignment models).
? Security and access models (role-based access, security groups, data visibility frameworks).
? Multi-assignment and multi-entity configurations for large enterprises. ? Cross-product workflows connecting Core HR with other modules (Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Time, Recruiting, Performance, etc).- Lead initiatives that improve interoperability across the HCM suite, ensuring unified data flow and consistent user experience.
- Collaborate with engineering and functional architects to deliver scalable and secure solutions tailored for enterprise clients
- Lead product discovery, definition, and execution for key enterprise HCM initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver seamless, high-quality releases.
- Establish metrics and KPIs for enterprise adoption, configurability, and customer satisfaction.
Who You Are

- 8+ years of Product Management experience within enterprise HCM platforms such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft with deep knowledge in the core HCM data elements and portfolio workflows.
- Proven track record delivering scalable SaaS products for enterprise customers. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical and domain concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution experience in product discovery, roadmap management, and cross-functional delivery.
