Hydrotactical Inc. operates highly capable Tactical Water Tenders and responds to wildland fire incidents throughout the western USA.

We are seeking two qualified Type 1 Firefighters (FFT1) to support and/or operate a type 1 Tactical Water Tender for the 2026 wildland fire season (3 months, July 1 through Oct 1).

A qualified applicant will have FFT1 certifications through the NWCG as well as experience on wildland fire incidents.

We are offering $550-$700/day depending on experience. Experienced operators with a CDL and tank endorsement will be offered a higher compensation.

A successful candidate for this position will be readily available all days from July 1st through October 1stof 2026.
