My name is Troy Valenzuela, I’ve been a firefighter since 1996 and I currently hold the rank of Battalion Chief. I created the HotRox Wildland Valve because I recognized a problem…hose clamps. It seemed there had to be a better way but there wasn’t! Year after year we keep using hoseclamps so I set out to change it. After years of design alterations and testing I am pleased to present this product. The reviews have been great and firefighters across the country are seeing the benefit of this simple appliance. Our family is just like yours. We are all impacted by Wildfire. Yours may be along side ours engaged in risk with each new start, or yours may be on the other side, hoping that new start doesn’t get to you.
