- Coordinating with internal teams and adjacent landowners
- Promoting and maintaining strong safety practices across all operations
- Monitoring forestry operations and adapting plans based on operational and environmental conditions
This role requires a strong background in forestry operations and the ability to work independently in both office and remote field settings.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Forest Management or related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of forestry or silviculture experience
- Experience overseeing field operations and contractor crews
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions
- Commitment to safety, stewardship, and teamwork
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of Washington Forest Practice regulations, leadership experience, and experience with budgeting or operational planning.

There’s a strong focus on doing things the right way—safely, efficiently, and with respect for the land and the communities around it. You’ll have a good amount of independence in this role, along with support when you need it.
