Overview

Seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects from concept through completion. This role serves as a key liaison between design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery on schedule, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee budgets, schedules, cost estimates, and contract administration
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with regulations
• Review plans for constructability and provide value engineering input
• Evaluate change orders, resolve field issues, and mitigate project risks
• Prepare reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Support permitting, approvals, and coordination with public agencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 15+ years of experience in civil or infrastructure projects (utilities, transportation, water/wastewater, development, etc.)
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and construction-phase projects
• Strong background in construction management or construction administration
• Knowledge of permitting, zoning, environmental regulations, and contracts
• Experience with CPM scheduling
• LEED or sustainable design experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
