GeoSearch is actively seeking a versatile Technical Product Manager to bridge the gap between high-level business logic and user-facing design. This role is for a "builder" who is equally comfortable architecting backend system integrations as they are refining front-end UI/UX. You will be responsible for ensuring our internal operations are automated and our external customer experience is seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Systems Architecture: Identify and eliminate manual data processes (e.g., spreadsheet-based workflows) by implementing robust integrations between CRM and E-commerce platforms.
  • Front-End Product Ownership: Act as the final "sign-off" for all website UI/UX. You will define the page structure, information architecture, and user journeys to ensure a high-conversion, professional aesthetic.
  • Technical Roadmap Management: Translate complex business requirements into technical user stories for developers. You will manage the backlog and ensure that "how" we build things is as efficient as "what" we build.
  • Backend & Performance Optimization: Oversee the health of the tech stack, focusing on data integrity between systems, site speed, and the elimination of technical debt.
  • Vendor & Engineering Liaison: Manage relationships with external agencies or internal dev teams, ensuring all technical deliverables meet our quality and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Systems Integration Fluency: Proven experience connecting disparate platforms (Accounting, Inventory, E-commerce) via APIs or middleware.
  • UI/UX Chops: A deep understanding of modern design principles. You should be able to critique wireframes and prototypes based on user psychology and technical feasibility.
  • Operational Mindset: A track record of replacing "manual hacks" with scalable software solutions.
  • Strategic Communication: The ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and business goals to engineers.
