We are seeking a geospatial professional to join our client's customer support team assisting customers around the globe. This support role covers everything from pre and post-sales questions and issues, to educating customers, finalizing equipment for delivery, and calibrating geospatial cameras. In your day-to-day business, you will provide support to customers over phone, email and in person for our aerial systems and drone payload clients in a rapidly growing business. Other tasks will include system installation onsite with customers, conducting training both in person and remote, and assisting in the calibration of aerial systems.

We are looking for candidates with a wide variety of skills and a wide variety of experience who can play various roles in the team. We have several roles to fill on the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Technical support for our clients

• Troubleshoot and find solutions

• Communicate with PM / R&D about issues

• Installation of systems at the Customer’s location

• Conduct product training

• Assist with Camera calibration

• Work with the Sales team on pre and post sales.

Preferred Skills We Are Seeking (not all required)

• Degree in Technical Photography, GIS, or Photogrammetry

• Experience with GIS Data Processing

• C++, C#, or Python programming knowledge

• Experience working in aerial data acquisition or as a drone operator

• Experience in Flight planning for aerial data acquisition

• Previous support experience highly desired

• Basic electronics repair

• Highly self-motivated with a hands-on mindset

• Solution driven

• Good communicator both verbally and written

• Fluent in English

• Other languages such as Spanish or Chinese are a plus but not required
