We are looking for a Calibrated Tools Coordinator to join the Coulson Aviation team. The Calibrated Tools Coordinator is responsible for maintaining Calibrated Tooling, Equipment, Special Tooling and Ground Support Equipment.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Responsible for maintaining the Calibrated Tooling to ensure the calibration records are maintained, the tools are calibrated on time, the status is updated and that the Calibrated Tooling are available for use.
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking all Calibrated Tooling/ Equipment, Special Tooling and Ground Support Equipment.
- Responsible for booking calibration time slots with Calibration laboratories to ensure calibration is carried out on time.
- Responsible for collecting the Tooling and Equipment prior to expiration to get them calibrated.
- Responsible for creating requests for Purchase Orders for Calibrated Tooling and Equipment, Special Tooling and Ground Support Equipment.
- Responsible for adhering to company procedures with regards to maintaining calibrated Tooling and Equipment for the AMO and for the AS9100 Quality Management System.
- Responsible for carrying out administrative duties required for maintaining department records and logs up to date.
- Working together with members of the organization to maintain control of Tooling and Equipment.
- Perform verification/ calibration of torque wrenches, pressure gauges and electrical crimpers

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 year working in an industrial environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office Products (Word and Excel).
- Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy of details on records of calibration

- Some Technical knowledge and knowledge of tools and equipment (desired)
