Description of Work Unit | To provide a wide variety of essential heavy equipment services to maintain and service the outside physical environment of the Colorado State University campuses. |
Position Summary | The Equipment operator IV position requires the operation of multiple pieces of heavy equipment to accomplish both scheduled and emergency services. These services include, but are not limited to, utility digs of all types of utilities, street/road maintenance, snow removal, equipment hauling etc. This position oversees all aspects of these individual services from locates, estimating, contractor contacts, safety etc. must see the job through until completion. This position is responsible for managing the following programs:
