Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Tribal Property Operations Manager oversees the strategic allocation of tribal property, assets, materials, and FF&E across multiple projects and departments. This role ensures efficient resource use by working closely with project managers and department leaders to forecast needs, manage capacity, and balance workloads. The manager also monitors property management systems, conducts audits, supports workflow coordination, and ensures compliance with all property control procedures.

Schedule: Regular/Full-Time - 8:00am-4:30pm

Primary Tasks:
Implement and manage advanced property control systems (e.g., DHS TR, Envision, Famis, IMS, WMS, Bluebeam, MaintainX) to ensure real-time tracking, accuracy, and traceability of tribal property and assets.
Oversee the receipt, tracking, allocation, and movement of tribal property, assets, and materials, ensuring full compliance with CNO policies and procedures.
Design and plan interior spaces, applying both creative and technical expertise to produce functional, visually appealing environments. Create technical drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Develop and manage budgets for Tribal Property Operations, including cost control, equipment procurement, vendor negotiations, warranty contract management, and documentation of cost savings from asset reallocation.
Supervise, train, and evaluate staff to support performance improvement, professional development, and succession planning within the Tribal Property Operations team.
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency, compliance, and service delivery across property operations.
Prepare detailed reports on property operations, asset use, and cost savings to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure visibility, alignment, and efficient movement of property, assets, and materials across departments and projects.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
