This position will provide support for Children and Family Services (CFS) programs and operations to ensure operational efficiency and that program initiatives are achieved.
Location: Durant
Schedule will be M-F 8-4:30 | Pay will start between $19 - $20 per hour
Weekly earned wage access is an option for this position
Job Purpose or Objective(s): Provide support for Children and Family Services (CFS) programs and operations to ensure operational efficiency and that program initiatives are achieved.
Primary Tasks:
- Support program and administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Process and manage department financial documents (including requisitions, client services, vendor information, tribal vehicles, purchase cards), software system inputs and related billing/invoicing per policies and procedures.
- You will transport clients and children to court, appointments, etc. and conduct supervised visitation.
- Prepare routine and non-routine reports and correspondence, manage requests for information, including gathering and summarizing data.
- Manage inventory and supply orders for office and events; maintain updated inventory lists.
- Develop, update, and maintain highly confidential files and records.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
General computer skills; type 60 WPM
Experience with MS Suite; Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Ability to operate office equipment
Two (2) years of experience program services, social services, education, or related field
Must be reliable
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have a driver’s license

· Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet · Excellent written and spoken communication skills · Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects · Two years’ progressive and comprehensive administrative support to a department-level manager
1. You will greet guests, answer incoming calls, take messages, and route. 2. Manage calendar and office activities, schedule appointments/meetings and coordinate arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel. 3. Manage departmental requisitions, timekeeping data, and other daily business affairs. 4. Organize and expedite the flow of work through the department. 5. You will prepare reports including gathering and summarizing data. 6. Establish confidential files and records. 7. Compose, type, and communicate letters and correspondence. 8. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
