Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Marketing Analytics Manager will lead the team to ensure that marketing management is equipped with actionable data to make informed decisions and implement best practices that drive business growth and profitability. The manager will oversee the development of reports, dashboards, and analysis tools to evaluate marketing performance and support strategic planning.

Primary Tasks:

1. Collaborate with the team to generate monthly performance reports for each site, evaluating key marketing metrics and their impact on overall business performance.

2. Review and validate the work generated by Marketing Analysts to ensure data accuracy and correct interpretation of data.

3. Oversee the development and enhancements of analysis tools to assess and track the effectiveness of marketing activities.

4. Ensure execution of Pro Forma Analysis of events prior to their approval to ensure all members of management are aware of the potential impacts on business levels and profitability.

5. Responsible for conducting a comprehensive review of the impact of all marketing promotions and special events. Collaborate with management team to ensure results of the Post Forma process are being incorporated into future marketing strategies and planning.

6. Analyze prior year’s campaign/initiative performance and work with management to integrate the most successful and profitable strategies into the upcoming business and marketing plans.

7. Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc consolidated reporting on key metrics to management.

8. Meet with property management team regularly to discuss business trends, ensuring a clear understanding and proper application of data-driven insights.

9. Identify trends and conduct in-depth research that require further review and analysis.

10. Undertake other tasks and special projects as needed to support the marketing and business strategy.

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field OR five [5] years of directly related experience in lieu of education.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including, higher level functions in EXCEL such as Pivot Tables, sumifs, Nested formulas, V/H lookups, Macros, Graphing, PowerPivot.

  • Experience with the following is preferred but is not required: QCI, Infogenesis, Aristocrat Oasis, LMS, Oasis Loyalty, Kronos, Oracle.

  • Experience with computer report writing and/or database inquiry software such as ACCESS, SQL or equivalent.

  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret statistical reports and Profit / Loss statements and make enhanced financial recommendations based on those findings.

  • Ability to work across multiple projects effectively while also maintaining organization, meeting deadlines, possessing integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling confidential information

  • Three (3+) years of Marketing Analytical Experience in the Gaming Industry including development, data mining and data analysis
