PG 6 | $19.30 Hourly | Full Time | Tuesday-Saturday 4:00PM-12:30AM or Tuesday-Saturday 12:00AM-8:30AM

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Observe operation areas in the Choctaw Nation through surveillance equipment to identify risks and ensure the highest level of security.

Primary Tasks:

  1. Observe operation areas in the Choctaw Nation Headquarters using digital video surveillance (CCTV) equipment.

  2. Conduct routine observations focused on funds-handling operational areas to determine if breaches have occurred.

  3. Perform video reviews to determine breaks in policy and/or procedure along with documenting any found irregularities or deviations of established processes.

  4. Document suspicious activity and other reports.

  5. Review video as and provide incident documentation as needed.

  6. Provide data and evidence to assist with internal investigations relating to sensitive security issues.

  7. Ensure videos are properly referenced and archived.

  8. Record video incidents to CD's/DVD's and prepare incident documentation as needed for distribution to various approved Choctaw Nation Departments.

  9. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • General computer/keyboarding skills
  • Ability to work with minimum direction and communicate quickly and effectively both orally and in writing
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and multitasking ability

  • Remain current on and has comprehensive knowledge of surveillance and Choctaw Nation Policy and Procedures

  • 2 years directly related experience
